Brechiadau Teithio    Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

Os bydd angen unrhyw frechiadau arnoch yn ymwneud â theithio tramor, mae angen i chi drefnu apwyntiad gyda nyrs y practis er mwyn trafod eich trefniadau teithio. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys pa wledydd ac ardaloedd o fewn gwledydd rydych yn ymweld â nhw er mwyn pennu pa frechiadau sydd eu hangen.

Mae rhagor o wybodaeth am wledydd a pha frechiadau sydd eu hangen ar gael trwy'r dolenni isod:

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below:

Europe Europe & Russia  Ewrop a Rwsia

North America North America   Gogledd America
Central America Central America   America GanolSouth America South America    De America
Caribbean Caribbean    Y CaribîAfrica Africa   Affrica
Middle East Middle East   Y Dwyrain CanolCentral Asia Central Asia   Canol Asia
East Asia East Asia  Asia y Dwyrain Australasia Australasia and Pacific   Awstralasia a'r Môr Tawel

Mae'n bwysig trefnu'r apwyntiad cyntaf hwn cyn gynted â phosibl - o leiaf chwe wythnos cyn i chi deithio - bydd angen apwyntiad arall gyda nyrs y practis i dderbyn y brechlynnau gwirioneddol. Mae'n rhaid i'r brechlynnau gael eu harchebu gan nad ydynt yn rhai stoc. Mae angen i'ch ail apwyntiad fod o leiaf bythefnos cyn teithio er mwyn caniatáu i'r brechlynnau weithio.

Caiff rhai brechlynnau teithio eu harchebu ar bresgripsiwn preifat a chodir tâl am y rhain sy'n uwch na chost presgripsiwn arferol. Mae hyn oherwydd nad yw'r holl frechlynnau teithio wedi'u cynnwys fel rhan o wasanaethau a ddarperir gan y GIG.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
