How to contact the Practice to request a routine and non urgent call back:

Contact the reception by telephone on 01248 370900, provide a brief explanation and a message will be passed to the appropriate team member.  

Also use E consult on the home page for GP advice, sick notes, admin queries and self help links and information. 

Email   Enquiries.w94034@wales.nhs.uk   ensuring you include your name, date of birth , up to date contact number and brief explanation for your non urgent request.  You will expect a response within 5 working days via a return call from a member of the team. 

Please note: if you require call back from a particular clinician please take into consideration they work different days and may not be on the premises on the day you have called.   Your call will be triaged by them and they will endeavour to call you back within a reasonable time frame.
